About BitcoinPriceCompare
An independent, bitcoin-focused price comparison. We show how much bitcoin you actually end up with on each exchange and app, after all fees - so you can buy without overpaying.
How we calculate
- Live prices. We read the best available ask price from each exchange's public API every minute. Prices more than 10 minutes old, or more than 3% away from the rest of the market, are discarded automatically - a frozen or broken feed can never show up as a "deal".
- All the fees. We apply each provider's trading fee or spread for its cheapest payment method (usually a bank transfer), and the cost of withdrawing to your own wallet, using live network fees from mempool.space.
- Brokers without an API (such as Relai, Pocket, Strike and Bitpanda) are priced from the market rate plus the fee they publish, and are clearly marked as estimates.
- Reviewed regularly. Fee schedules were last reviewed in 2026-10. Providers change fees, so always confirm the final amount before you buy.
How we make money
Some "Buy" and wallet links are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, the provider may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. It never affects the ranking - results are always sorted purely by how much bitcoin you receive, and we list providers whether or not they pay us.
Privacy
We don't use cookies for tracking, don't run ads and don't collect personal data. We count visits with privacy-friendly Plausible analytics, and count outbound clicks per provider without storing any identifiers.
Why bitcoin only?
We think bitcoin is the one cryptocurrency worth explaining to newcomers, and that people are best served by a simple, honest comparison rather than a catalogue of tokens.
